How Long Do Document Retrieval Services Take in Missouri?

In general, we’re able to supply documents within 24 hours. If you need a document from a more rural county, however, it might take a bit longer.

Missouri Deed Search

Need to find a Missouri deed? Or any other conveyance documents? At Blue Streak Docs, we’ll locate them all. With our expansive document retrieval infrastructure, we’re able to get deeds back to you at lightning-fast speed.

All we’ll need from you is the name(s) of the grantor or grantee, the property’s address, and the Missouri county it’s located in. From there, we’ll send you the copies along with a detailed report of any information we find – it’s as quick as that!

Missouri Court Document Retrieval

Unlike some document retrieval companies, we’re able to access documents related to civil court cases throughout Missouri. We’ll pull any number of different records you need, including:

  • Foreclosures cases
  • Bankruptcy cases
  • Divorce cases
  • Death certificates
  • Wills
  • List of heirs

Regardless of your request, all we’ll need are names, a range of years, or a specific case number. Having a case number will substantially shorten our search time since we won't have to search through tons of records to find what you need. No matter the situation, however, Blue Streak Docs will keep you informed throughout every step of our court document retrieval process.

How Long Does Civil Court Case Document Retrieval Take in Missouri?

The majority of court documents can be retrieved within 48 hours, although the process may take longer for cases in mediation or the judge’s chamber. This period may also be extended if a file needs to be ordered from storage. If that’s the case, our document tracking technology ensures you’re always informed about the progress of your requests.

Missouri UCC Search

With our Missouri document retrieval services, we can also conduct UCC searches at the  county or state level. To get started, we’ll need the debtor's name and location. We'd also appreciate additional details, such as the name of the secured party, or the approximate date of the transaction or recording – if you have access to them.

As soon as we have this information, we’ll start our search! Our comprehensive reports include the following information:

  • Date of recording
  • Date of transaction
  • Names of any secured parties
  • Name of debtor
  • Photocopies (if needed)
  • Terminations and continuances (if needed)

All found information will be compiled in a brief report, along with copies of the documents.

No matter the size of the project, or the amount of UCC searches you need, our experienced search network can handle it!

Missouri - Economics

Missouri’s economy rests chiefly on industry. Aerospace and transportation equipment are the main manufactures; food products, chemicals, printing and publishing, machinery, fabricated metals, and electrical equipment are also important. St. Louis is an important center for the manufacture of metals and chemicals. In Kansas City, long a leading market for livestock and wheat, the manufacture of vending machines and of cars and trucks are leading industries.

Coal in the west and north central sections, lead in the southeast, and zinc in the southwest are among the resources exploited by Missouri’s mining concerns. Lead (Missouri has been the top U.S. producer), cement, and stone are the chief minerals produced.

Missouri remains important agriculturally; with over 100,000 farms, the state ranks second only to Texas. The most valuable farm products are soybeans, corn, cattle, hogs, wheat, and dairy items. The development of resorts in the Ozarks, including Branson and several lakes, has boosted tourism income.
