We stumbled across Blue Streak and they have totally changed everything. Their knowledge of each State recording guidelines is unreal and their processing is amazing. You get updated email status as to each of your recordings and they will make changes to the document with your approval to insure it will get recorded. Also, they are extremely responsive with clients. I wish they were around when i started doing this because I would have saved a lot of stress LOL. I would definitely recommend them and know you won’t be disappointed.

Our biggest problems with our past vendors have been pretty much the exact 3 things you mentioned. Pricing, and the lack of transparency regarding pricing (some of our vendors do not provide notice when the quote exceeds the normal expected pricing; sometimes they will bill for and send us non-pertinent pages, despite our requests), communication (repeated requests for corrections, ETA statuses, etc. are often ignored), and turn-times were starting to become excessive and unreliable right before we started to look for new resources. Our experience with Blue Streak in those areas so far has been excellent however.

Well what can I say about Justine!!!! She is awesome!!! I can always count on her to answer my emails immediately… get questioned answered. Price quotes and up charges approved… She is a great person to work with. And the best thing is Justine knows I am not an early morning person, so she always waits till 10AM or after to call me…. That is one thing that I really appreciate. It makes it known that I am not just some vendor on the other end of the phone, She has always made me feel part of the team…. inclusive!!
